Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility


If a customer is not satisfied with our service, we first offer revisions to improve their experience. If the customer is still not satisfied after revisions, we will provide a refund with a 35% deduction from the service fee.

2. Refund Request Timeframe


Customers must request a refund within 7 days of service delivery. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Visa or Stripe).
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom or personalized services are also eligible for refunds but will still have a 35% deduction from the service fee.

6. Right to Deny Refunds

✅ There is suspected abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests for completed services).
