  • Brand Management

  • Shopify & WordPress Development
  • Listing Optimization
  • FBA Wholesale Services

All services are provided based on the individual needs of each client. The exact scope and delivery time will be determined based on the project requirements.



2. Prohibited Activities


To maintain compliance with platform policies and ensure ethical business practices, customers must NOT use our services for:

Fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts, manipulating sales rankings, or misleading marketing tactics.
Spamming, including sending bulk messages, posting fake reviews, or unauthorized advertising.
Violating platform policies, such as those set by Amazon, Shopify, or any other marketplace.

If we detect any misuse, fraud, or policy violations, we reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate contracts without notice.



3. Payments & Refunds

 

  • Payment Requirement: Customers must pay 100% upfront before we begin any service.
  • One-Time Payments: We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges—each service is a one-time payment.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy [link to refund policy]. If a customer is not satisfied, we will first offer a revision, and if they are still dissatisfied, we will deduct 35% of the service fee before processing a refund.
  • Refund Methods: Refunds will only be issued via Visa or Stripe (whichever was used for the payment).


4. Service Delivery & Timelines

  • The completion time for services depends on the project scope and will be communicated to the customer before starting.
  • While we strive to provide the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales, rankings, or traffic) since external factors like market trends, competition, and platform policies can impact performance.


5. Limitation of Liability


Ecom by BEO is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from changes in Amazon, Shopify, or other platform policies.
  • Account suspensions, listing removals, or performance drops caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Decisions made by third-party services, including payment processors, marketplaces, or advertising platforms.

Customers use our services at their own risk, and we strongly advise them to comply with platform policies to avoid issues.



6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon completion and delivery of the service, the customer has full ownership rights over the work.
  • Customers are free to modify, resell, or reuse the work as they see fit.
  • We do not retain any rights to the final work delivered.
  • However, we reserve the right to use general knowledge, strategies, and experience gained from projects to improve future services—without using specific client work.


7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time due to changes in our services, legal requirements, or company policies.
  • Customers will be notified of any updates via email and an announcement on our website.
  • By continuing to use our services after updates, customers agree to the revised Terms & Conditions.
